Chips & Salsa

organic sunchokes
organic tomatoes
organic cilantro
organic lemon or lime
hemp oil
sea salt
freshly ground black pepper
cayenne pepper (optional)

  1. Slice the sunchokes into thin pieces, like a chip
  2. Spray the sunchokes chips with your favorite oil. I use avocado.
  3. Chop the tomatoes and cilantro
  4. Mix in a bowl, then add lemon/lime
  5. Add sea salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to taste


Thinly sliced sunchokes really do taste like thin potato chips to me! Then you can eat them with salsa or guacamole.
