Raw Teriyaki Noodles

organic zucchini
organic seaweed
organic peanuts or almonds
organic carrots (optional)


3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons Nama Shoyu
1 tablespoon local honey
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon grated fresh ginger
1 teaspoon minced garlic

  1. Put the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mix well
  2. Toss it with the stripped zucchini & carrots
  3. Add chopped almonds or peanuts for extra crunch
  4. Top it off with some nori seaweed for that umami goodness!
